Mr. Scatterday,

I'd like to commend - and thank - your team at Lexus of Mt Kisco for their support and assistance in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

On the Tuesday following the storm, my wife and I left our home to see if we could find someplace to receive a cellular signal since we were without power, telephone/internet/television, or mobile service at our home in Armonk.  We drove towards Mt Kisco and, since I had a service appointment scheduled for the next day at the dealership, I suggested we should drive by to see if the facility was open.  We drove past the service entrance slowly and, sure enough, some staff came outside and told us to come on in, make ourselves at home, and use the dealership's facilities to make calls, charge our phones, and so on.  We could also catch up on what was going on in the community on the television in the customer lounge.

We returned the next day for our scheduled appointment and, like the day before, we - as well as the other customers present - took advantage of the dealership's hospitality to recharge, make calls, send emails, and catch up on the news.  Lexus of Mt Kisco certainly was an oasis during these challenging times.  In particular, I'l like to thank Christina DePinto for her friendliness and assistance.

Fortunately, our power was restored after less than three days and we're largely back to normal.

Again, we very much appreciate your fine staff's support during this trying time.

Dear Mr. Scatterday,
 
I wanted to take a minute to compliment your entire staff at Lexus of Mount Kisco. Your staff was friendly, professional and addressed all our needs. Simply put, your staff provides exceptional customer service hands down. 
 
I want to compliment a particular individual, Mr. Jack Daniels, our sales agent.  Mr. Daniels was extremely friendly, approachable and conducted himself in a very professional manner.  His knowledge of both the mechanics and the special features of the RX 350 was impressive.  We had no intention of leasing any vehicles when we brought our Lexus in for repairs.  However, Mr. Daniels was able to convince me and my husband (who is always a hard sell) that our family needs would be better served with the RX.
 
Furthermore, Mr. Daniels did not ignore our small children ages 3 and 6.  When we sat down at his desk, he immediately won the hearts of my kids with gifts of flashlights.  I personally thought it was a classy touch and a good way to break the ice so to say before diving in any discussions about the sale.  (We are still out of power and the flashlights came in handy by the way).  In less than an hour, Mr. Daniels gained our trust, won the hearts of our children and we walked away with a lease agreement that was fair and reasonable.
 
I intend to recommend Mr. Daniels and Lexus of Mount Kisco to my friends and family.

Sam,

I wanted to thank you for my positive experience at Lexus of Mt Kisco.  I have been buying cars for many years, from many salesmen.  This was my first Lexus purchase but my second time with a Lexus salesman.  The first time was with another company, not very good, and obviously this time was in Mt Kisco.  Jack Daniels could not have been a more pleasurable person to deal with.  He was friendly, informative and very supportive during the entire process, which ran very smoothly.  He was so easy to buy the car.  Jack handled everything and he made sure my dealings with the rest of the Mt Kisco team went flawless as well.  Everything was orchestrated by Jack, with great precision and confidence.

I feel I have a friend and advocate in Jack and thus a friend in Lexus.  I hope to have many more years of dealings with Lexus and people like Jack make that happen.  I appreciate the efforts of your team and wish you and your team continued success.

Dear Sam,
 
I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have gotten for the last few years at Lexus of Mount Kisco. I bought my Lexus in 2009 and I received amazing, top-notch service at this facility, particularly by the manager, Sal.
 
Eventually, I will replace my Lexus within a year or two and now will only do so with another Lexus ONLY because of the service I received.
