Looking Up Your Lexus Service History Using My Lexus

You can find the vehicle’s service history using My Lexus. You can access your account directly from the automaker’s website.

Step 1: Log In to My Lexus

To view the service history of a Lexus vehicle online, you must log into your Lexus account, or sign up if you don’t have an account already. Open the main Lexus website in your browser and find the Sign In button on the top right of the screen. Place the mouse cursor over it to open a drop-down window with the Sign In and Create Account buttons. If you do not have a My Lexus account, select the Create Account button and fill in the form.

Step 2: Add the Vehicle to Your Account

When creating a new account, My Lexus will ask you to add your vehicle’s identification number (VIN). You can also add multiple VINs. You can also take a look at all of the vehicles that you have linked to your account if you already have an account. You can manage or delete them from your account. Click on the add a vehicle button and insert the vehicle’s VIN, which can be found on your vehicle’s registration card, insurance card, or inside the vehicle on the dashboard or driver’s doorjamb.

Step 3: Check the Vehicle’s Service History

To view the vehicle’s service history in the Lexus app or on the website, you will want to be on the Service page and then choose the car you want to look at if there are multiple, and once selected, you can view the service history.

In the new window, you can check the vehicle’s maintenance schedule and the factory-recommended service. Scroll past this information to find your vehicle’s service history list. Lexus automatically adds maintenance and service records for services from authorized technicians or dealerships. You can update this list manually with services received from other shops.
