I recently returned to Lexus of Mt. Kisco to purchase a 2024 RX 350. I had previously purchased 2 pre-owned RX's from this dealership (prior to them becoming DARCARS). The salesperson that I had worked with before was no longer there, so I was met by Max. I explained to Max exactly what I was interested in. He listened and along with his manager, Shay, they found me the car I wanted. Both Max and Shay (and Barry in finance) were wonderful to work with. I returned to the dealership a week after my purchase to tie up loose ends. I had a few questions about where to find (and change) some of the dash and touchscreen features. Max took the time to sit in the car with me and show me where everything I was looking for was located and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Max (and Shay).
